The locations and actions changed with the lyrics.

The music video has a contrast of acting between the one she loved and in front of all people.

Adriana Grande is the main character as the camera only filmed her or she is in the middle with full attention on her.

Lighting depends on the time of the day of the setting, at night time with a low key lighting, day time with high key lighting. It follows the lyrics.

Mise en scene had changed through the three location, mostly with a contrast colour palette, representing different feelings and perspectives.

Colour palette Pop colours usually, high saturation and bright colours.

Target audience, teenager or young adult women, female that are seeking for a relationship.

Three locations represented

One in the office representing thr artist’s strength and how powerful women are. This location is always represented with the day time, therefore represents the difference of how the artist act in front of everyone and in the private side.

There are two locations that represented at night. One is in the house kitchen making food for a man, representing the love the artist is giving the man. Another location is in the bedroom of the artist representing the time she is sharing with her lover.
